UNISCAN INVEST FOR THE FUTURE

NEWS FROM UNISCAN LIMITED.
Uniscan Limited, the Essex based Walking Frame Manufacturer has installed a brand new, state of the art, powder coat paint system at their factory in Basildon.
The new equipment includes a two stage aqueous wash machine, a fully enclosed powder coat spray booth and a bespoke electric fan batch oven.
Having previously out sourced the painting of products, this investment in new plant now brings together all manufacturing processes under one roof. Results from the new plant are excellent and further improvements in scheduling will follow allowing turnaround times to be minimised.
